Chef Toby Shimizu and Fabien Santos invite you to experience “San Francisco Cuisine,” a concept inspired by their experiences living in the Bay Area.
Characterized by bold flavors from SF’s melting pot of cultures, each course references our diverse neighbourhoods and communities, Chef’s Toby Guam upbringing, and Fabien’s Filipino roots.
All items are plated individually, but you’re welcome to share each dish family-style with a group. Dishes can also be ordered à la carte alongside the prix-fix menu, pending availability.
